In the MMO Vanguard, your character visits the planet Telon which is split into several continents and groups of islands. At the start you get to choose one of 18 (!) races for your character. This choice will influence your role in the game. Basically there are damage dealers, healers and tanks available in Vanguard. These are dispersed among 15 classes which may be unlocked during gameplay. Furthermore, you may learn and use various crafting skills.

In addition to the crafting and adventure system, a diplomatic system is implemented in Vanguard as an additional component of the game. You can raise your diplomatic status by using cards. Be careful - your enemies are on to you!
